This is the story of Yelena, who is convicted for murder and instead of the death penalty, she becomes the new food taster for the Commander of Ixtia tasting for poisons. Yelena is my new heroine :) and Valek.... *sighs*
I loved this book and all the books in the series.
I definitely recommend this to EVERYONE.
