How to do things right: lessons learned volunteering for CASCA

- 1st if you ask them for a quote, make sure they understand what you need and get things on paper
- 2nd don't be polite, they will change the quote anyways
- 3rd ask in multiple ways if the price will change
- 4rd don't worry if after 2 hours of waiting for the sample they simply decide to give you something that will only take 10 seconds to get done and was already in front of you for those 2 hours
- 5th if after everything they'll tell you that they can do it and THEN let you know that the machine is broken you should go somewhere else. Hopefully they can do miracles of printing 600 programs in 5 days.
